PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS WITH GINGER




Ingredients:

2 large portobello mushrooms, about 150 g;

1 medium onion;

salt qb;

ginger to taste;


Preparation:

      Cut the onion finely into a pan and let it quench until translucent. Then cut the mushrooms to the leaves and add to the onion, season with the salt to taste. Finally scrape the ginger for the pan and sauté for about 30 minutes.

Enjoy your food.

Suggestion:

It is excellent for starters accompanied with toasted homemade bread toast
